Chang Chae will use his experience in advising celebrity clients and estates in handling their name and likeness and similar intellectual property rights. He will explain how to plan for the disposition of these rights and how to deal with the Internal Revenue Service regarding valuation of these rights and similar issues (including an examination of the important factors in the Estate of Michael Jackson tax court case).
