Today's episode is a chit-chat about making space for hobbies as an act of self-preservation! I think at some point most of us have gotten swept up in day-to-day life and trying to be everyone for everybody, but it is necessary to carve out time to be present with yourself.
Hi, I'm Alexandria Rose and welcome to the first episode of my podcast, Chronically In Retrospect! Taking the time to get to know who I am at my core and who I am as a leader in this world has been a long and arduous process, but oh so worth it! HOWEVER COMMA, it would not be the whole truth if I didn't acknowledge how scary, and often times lonely, this path can be. Hopefully by sharing a bit of my story, you'll feel less alone on your own journey.
