In this episode, I talk with Raquel Espinosa. Raquel immigrated to Canada from the Philippines, leaving behind her husband, 3-month-old daughter, and the rest of her family to send back money and eventually bring her family to Canada. Now, Raquel lives in Canada with her husband, 13-year-old daughter, and two new babies, one with special needs. Life is not always easy for Raquel, but she has demonstrated profound love, sacrifice, and perseverance for her family.
