Chattanooga law enforcement charged a man following a deadly shooting on Highway 58 and a 17-year-old was charged with murder after a man was found dead near a fast-food restaurant in East Chattanooga. Inspectors also found dead gnats in liquor bottles at a Cleveland bar, prompting a health department investigation.
