Greater Flagstaff Chamber President & CEO Julie Pastrick welcomes Ariana Lambert, owner of HOTWORX to Chamber BizzBuzz.

Ari grew up in Flagstaff and graduated from Flagstaff High School in 2020 before earning her degree in Business Marketing from Northern Arizona University in 2024. Her love for an active lifestyle ultimately led her to become a HOTWORX franchise owner.

HOTWORX combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise to create a unique workout experience. Workouts take place inside patented infrared saunas, where the combination of heat and exercise allows members to get an effective workout in less time.
