Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Julie Pastrick welcomes Pioneer Title Agency Escrow Officers Ashley Smith and Aaron Barker to BizzBuzz.

Pioneer Title was founded in 1985 in Cochise County Arizona and has since expanded to more than 75 offices statewide.

Ashley and Aaron explain how the Escrow Officer is the neutral third party between buyer and seller and how the role stands between the parties and ensure all the terms that the buyer and seller have agreed to will be carried out and all requirements satisfied.

They further explain the importance of Pioneer’s relationship with lenders and real estate agents during the buying process and how Pioneer has been successful in that aspect of the business.
