August is National Breastfeeding Awareness Month. Erin Olson, OB Coordinator at CCMH, talks about the benefits of breastfeeding for both babies and moms, how long babies should breastfeed, how to store breast milk for later consumption, and what to do if a mom is unable to breastfeed their baby. Erin also shares information on the Prenatal Class being held at CCMH on September 8.
