Stress around the holidays can increase whether it's at home or at the office. Terry Welker, Executive Director of Human Resources at CCMH, discusses the resources available to help manage emotions and stress at the office through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Welker also notes there are professionals available to help with those same emotions when it comes to dealing with the holidays at home.
