Simulation In Motion-Iowa, or SIM-Iowa, is a new program that has been rolled out across the state hrough the cooperation of the University of Iowa Medical Center. Doug Dekker, Western Region Coordinator, discusses how SIM-Iowa works with local emergency department personnel, paramedics, EMTs, and First Responders to provide training and education that would not otherwise be accessible to rural volunteers.
