In this special episode of "C.A.R.s, Coffee, & Christ", our team welcomes and features the women of C.A.R., engaging the subject, “Women Working in Male-Dominated Vocations”.

Women working in historically male-oriented fields (such as ours, the automotive industry) typically have additional barriers to overcome and unique challenges to face. Each of our ladies share their story about how they came to work in these fields, sharing about overcoming challenges, some which are obvious, but others that are overlooked.

Several of the men, all who have managed mixed teams of men and women in their careers, share about the importance of supporting women in male-dominated vocations.
