In the 1970's, the formerly sleepy town of Santa Cruz was plunged into terror when a hiker stumbled upon the skull of a young female college student--and that was only the beginning. Police were at their wit's end as young women vanished without a trace, and little did they know that the killer was right under their nose (or hovering a full head & shoulders above them) for an entire year.
