After leaving the Department of Justice to establish his own law firm, Sam Perroni was called back to serve as a Department of Justice Special Prosecutor in the first RICO case prosecuted in Arkansas United States v. Allison.

Perroni managed The Perroni Law Firm for 29 years before his retirement in 2008.
