It is important as leaders to acknowledge and create a space for DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) of others. This awareness allows leaders the ability to have a space addressing justice for all. Create a space where justice drives all actions, all behaviors, self awareness, both inside and out of your organization. Establish an environment where you understand that, as a leader, you are willing to ensure that you are gracious with specific groups that do not have the same privileges as your organization or yourself.
