This week Jane tells us about the serial killer Dean Corll. He had nicknames of The Candy Man and The Pied Piper. Corll used the help of two teens in abducting many of his victims. Corll met an untimely demise when it went too far with one of the accomplices.

Deklan tells us about the mining and drilling activities that took place at Lake Peigneur in Louisiana. A wild and unexpected disaster happened in 1980 when maps weren’t accurate and an oil drilling rig caused the lake to drain into salt caves below. The environment of the lake was changed forever.
