036. Is it just me? Or are you exhausted by social media to?
I am curious – is it just me, or is anyone else exhausted by social media? Yes it has benefits, yes it is a way to reach many, but what is it doing to our nervous system? Are you able to regulate your nervous system in the moment and can you catch yourself when you are in the doom scroll? Radical responsibility is key in this moment of algorithms and constant distraction. We are more isolated than before, which seems like an oxymoron – we are so connected, yet so disconnected. We are disconnected from each other, and from ourselves. We crave connection, which is why online community spaces are taking off. I created a women’s online community space called The Bee Club for this very reason. We show up as we are, we meet each other as we are, and honour each other in those moments. These spaces allow us to come as we are without judgement and without the ‘anonymous keyboard warrior’ abusing you for your opinion or situation. 029. Reclaiming the Choice Beneath the Fear
In this episode, we build on the conversation around the filter running your reality ... and take it one step deeper. Because once you begin to see that your thoughts aren’t neutral - that they’re shaped by past experiences, patterns, and what your system has learned to prioritise - a new question naturally emerges: If this is the filter … who is actually making your decisions? So often, we believe we’re stuck, unclear, or not ready. But beneath that, there’s something more subtle happening. Your system is responding to fear - and not just creating it, but reinforcing it, guiding your attention toward it, and using it to shape your choices. Fear doesn’t go away. It evolves. At every level of growth, fear changes form. From being seen ... to being misunderstood ... to maintaining what you’ve built. So the work isn’t about waiting for fear to disappear. It’s about learning how to choose in its presence. This isn’t about eliminating fear or forcing confidence. It’s about reclaiming your ability to choose ... even when fear is there. Because your next level doesn’t come from having no fear - it comes from trusting yourself more than the patterns that have been running your reality. But what if your thoughts aren’t actually the root of your suffering? We explore how the personal mind is built on stored impressions, conditioned preferences, and subtle resistance to experience and how that resistance fuels the mental noise you’re trying so hard to escape. I lightly weave in Universal Laws such as Cause and Effect, Polarity, Correspondence, and Vibration, not as abstract spiritual concepts, but as practical mechanics shaping your internal world.
