Palo Alto Plans Tel Aviv Dual Listing After $25B CyberArk Deal

What happened

Palo Alto Networks ($PANW) said it plans to dual-list its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) after completing its roughly $25B purchase of Israel-based CyberArk. Palo Alto would become the largest company by market value on the TASE, and said the move is meant to honour CyberArk’s Israeli roots and make it easier for local investors to access the stock.

Why the market cares

This is a clear “platform expansion” move: Palo Alto is using M&A to pull identity and privileged access management (PAM) deeper into its security stack, aiming to reduce identity silos and sell more integrated security outcomes to large enterprises. It also reinforces Israel’s role as a major cyber R&D hub inside a global leader’s strategy.
