Summary: We can understand Psalm 91 and God’s protection

only in Jesus. We should remember that Psalm 91 was written in

an Old Testament perspective.

Life in the Old Testament ended with the grave. We, as New

Testament believers, have a bigger perspective on Jesus. We

have the perspective of the resurrection that we celebrate

every Sunday. Our perspective as New Testament believers is on

eternal life and on the Lord keeping us.
