She was key to getting the “Public Charge” immigration rule put in place in the first Trump administration. She explains the latest iteration of it which goes into effect today. Essentially it’s about not giving green cards to illegal aliens on benefits programs. Naturally, Oregon, and 21 other states are suing to keep the gravy train for illegal aliens intact.
