What looks like a delay to us is never a disaster to Jesus. In Luke 8:49–56, Jairus receives devastating news, but Jesus reminds him, “Fear not: believe only.” This powerful message challenges us to keep pressing toward Christ, keep trusting while we wait, and remember that Jesus is never too busy to hear our cry or too late to meet our need.

When the answer hasn’t come, keep believing, keep trusting, and keep walking. Jesus is always worth pressing toward.
