If there was gold medal given out for being the ultimate People Pleaser, trust me I would have earned a ton! So in todays episode I want you to know Im not calling you out, Im calling you in.

This conversation is looking at the ways we stay in an agreement to honor others before our own desires.

We feel when we TRY to play a bigger game we owe some kind of explanation which is much more draining than attempting anything more for our lives.

So consider this a wake up call because It was mine, to STOP letting your people pleasing ways get in THE WAY of you showing up fully this year for all that is on your heart and in your path already! xx Uʻilani
