The South Beach Wine and Food Festival starts today, February 22 and runs through the Sunday, the 25th. Fernando and I are huge fans of everything food & beverage and this event shines a light on our South Florida culinary community. In addition to highlighting local chefs and trends, 100% of the proceeds go to FIU’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism.
