This month is all about raising awareness for men's mental health. It's the one year anniversary of Stephen Boss(aka Twitch) passing so let's have a conversation about men opening up to vulnerability and pain. Pain seems to be magnified during the holidays as we see a spike in suicides during these times. Maybe we help to prevent some.
