Sometimes the problem isn't that you have too much going on. Sometimes the problem is that your brain refuses to stop working on it.
This week, one of us is stressed. Really stressed. Between everything happening in life, all the things that need to be figured out, and all the things she can't actually control, her brain has decided that relaxing is apparently not an option.
The other one, well, she handles stress very differently. She can stress about something for a minute, figure out what she can do about it, and then put it down.
So the sisters talk about why they handle stress so differently, what it looks like when worrying turns into trying to "work" your way out of a feeling, and whether we sometimes make ourselves more overwhelmed by trying so hard to make everything okay.
