The first half of this episode is a meditation, guided by Mikayla, that moves us through some grounding and activates each chakra, calling on our highest selves to express more fully in our templates. This episode goes deep into the fabrics of quantum space-time, addressing: How does consciousness travel between different planes of existence? After grounding in and talking about our meditation practices, or lack thereof (3:23), Alyssa starts telling us about a really interesting reading she had a few months ago communicating with a “future” aspect of herself (18:00). The reading was with her friend Dani (@thenoeticlicense on IG), and gave a lot of info about her research path— how it relates to geometric projections, quantum entanglement, string theory, and more. She talks about the new geometric coordinate system that can be created to explain how consciousness traverses space-time, allowing for communication (and maybe even ‘time-travel’) between different planes of existence.
