Molecular Hydrogen and You with Greg the Hydrogen Man
The Synergy Connection Show by Lucy Forsting
Episode notes
What is molecular hydrogen? It’s defined as “a naturally occurring, tiny, colorless, odorless and tasteless gas that is essentially two hydrogen atoms bonded together”. Because it’s so small, it can easily travel around the body in our bloodstream and it’s able to cross the membranes of our cells.
Here are a few benefits from using molecular hydrogen:
- It’s a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent
- It supports natural healing
- It can aid in the recovery of TBI’s and improve cognition
