Dr. Mathew does not advocate eating cake all day! however, he does recommend hot baths with oils for those who are air (water) types; which is the predominant type for creatives.

Tabish is a visual arts editor for Londonist since 2013 and am a regular contributor for FAD with a weekly top exhibitions to see in London and a column called 'What's wrong with art'. He is a trustee of ArtCan, a non-profit arts organisation that supports artists through profile raising activities and exhibitions.
