Southeast Wyoming, you're getting slammed by wind. A high wind warning kicks in at 5 P.M. Today — gusts to 75 miles an hour. That's hurricane force. Cheyenne hits 57 degrees by 3 P.M., but with 17 mile an hour winds gusting to 30, it feels like 16 at 7 A.M. Tonight drops to 34, but winds stay fierce at 15 to 20, gusting to 35. Tuesday?
