UNC Chancellor Lee Roberts spoke publicly for the first time since firing head men's basketball coach Hubert Davis. The decision to fire Davis after five seasons came after a recommendation from athletic director Bubba Cunningham and Executive Associate athletic director Steve Newmar, who will replace Cunningham on July 1.
