Tonight. Snow's been falling since 5 A.M. And won't quit until 5 P.M. We're talking 6 to 10 inches down south, with gusts hitting 38 miles an hour. That's the kind of wind that turns snowflakes into tiny missiles. By tonight, wind chills drop to minus 2. If you're anywhere near Bennington or Brattleboro.. Stay put if you can. Now push north on Route 100 into the central valleys. You're catching a break. Just a dusting today, maybe half an inch. Winds shift north around 7 A.M.
