Diagnosed with ADHD at 52.... How it gave me the clarity I needed to grow.

Mark Gaisford has become somewhat of a celebrity on the pages of LinkedIn. Back in 2019/20 (we can't quite remember exactly), Mark was diagnosed with ADHD. As a hugely engaging content creator and with LinkedIn prioritising video at the time, Mark announced his news to the world. But in typical Mark style, it was heartfelt, roar, and super relatable. In this episode, we discuss how his ADHD has changed his life and how LinkedIn and social media, in general, has evolved since that monumental day.
