Changing the game: rethinking the purpose of capitalism

Paul Kearns wrote a game-changing article for AMBA's magazine AMBITION back in November 2018 about the need to re-think the purpose of capitalism and the corporation. It also called for a complete re-design of the MBA to shift into a total stakeholder value way of teaching. We caught up with Paul to find out how his research had expanded since the article was published, and how his organisation the Maturity Institute was working with organisations to nurture more sustainable business models.
