The City of West Hollywood has been enrolled in the Southern California Regional Energy Network (SoCalREN) Public Agency Programs for 8 years. Through this partnership, the city and SoCalREN have collaborated on retrofitting city streetlights with energy-efficient LEDs and conducted energy assessments at multiple city sites to identify opportunities for more energy savings and GHG emission reductions.
