For over 10 years, SCOPE has worked with community-based organizations, labor unions, and environmental groups to ensure low-income communities of color are at the forefront of the green job sector. SCOPE’s strong presence in the community and drive to create equal opportunities within them has generated energy justice across Los Angeles. Gloria and Peggy give a detailed overview of the work SCOPE is doing to help bring debt relief and energy justice to the communities they serve.
