A turning around. An alignment with the frequencies of love, compassion, and authenticity that resonate at the highest levels of being.
She discusses how judgment and curiosity operate differently in the nervous system, why shame is the lowest frequency humans can experience, and how the work of healing, whether through energy work, therapy, or creative practice, is really just the practice of noticing when you've drifted off course and choosing to come back.
