This draws up warmth and moisture from the Gulf of Mexico, we get a big warm-up Sunday. But it also sets the stage for a powerful storm system Monday. As the sun sets. Tonight looks mostly cloudy. Lows stay mild. Southeast Pennsylvania drops to 37 degrees, while western Pennsylvania is warmer at 39. Central Pennsylvania cools to 34. You'll feel a breeze from the north at 5 to 15 miles an hour. Sunday brings a surge of warm air, western Pennsylvania sees the warmest conditions. Highs there reach 70 degrees, southeast Pennsylvania tops out near 57.
