Warner, Rob Portman, Kyrsten Sinema, Pat Toomey and Mike Crapo), which was viewed by The Block states that the US treasury does not plan to treat crypto miners, stakers and wallet providers as brokers for tax purposes. • Both Coinbase and FTX debut advert during the Super Bowl announcing crypto giveaways. This resulted in the Coinbase website experiencing issues quickly after the ad aired and the Coinbase app jumps to #2 on the App Store in the US after the Super Bowl Ad. • OpenSea has launched a venture arm called OpenSea Ventures, which will “provide Web3 developers and NFT creators around the world with the resources they need to build new decentralized economies that give creators, developers, and consumers greater freedom and ownership.” • Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi was asked during a Bloomberg interview if the company planned to accept crypto as payments in the future and his response was “Absolutely.
