There are two weeks left in the regular season and seemingly everyone has something to play for, to varying degrees. The playoff race is tightening up, with seemingly more 1- and 2-loss teams coming down the pipe than playoff chairs to seat them. That heightens the stakes in our game of the week.

USC (8-2) travels to Eugene to take on Oregon (9-1) and would could effectively serve as a playoff elimination game for the loser. Can the Ducks' top-rated pass defense stifle Jayden Maiava and the USC pass attack? Or will Lincoln Riley (finally) achieve a signature road win for his program?

The stakes elsewhere aren't as high but several teams still have benchmarks on the line. Northwestern takes on Minnesota looking to secure a bowl berth. Maryland (vs Michigan) and Penn State (vs Nebraska) both need wins to ensure bowl eligibility remains  ...
