Peter Voss (https://www.linkedin.com/in/vosspeter/) and his fellow colleagues coined the term "AGI" or Artificial General Intelligence, as they worked to create a natural language intelligence engine that can actually think, learn, and reason - unlike what most AI is today, Narrow AI, which basically just does as it's coded.
We talk about how AI is really just trendy and often misrepresented through marketing speak, which is why most people and organizations fail to understand its impact on processes like hiring, where it often postpones or introduces bias because that's what was coded into it.
