Madeline Dobbs stops by for a chat with the Happy Hour crew. Madeline is a Compass agent in DE & PA and has helped the Philly Home Collective many times with clients looking for homes on the PA/DE border areas. She is also the author of 'How to Sell A House in 30 Days', and teaches a night class on the subject. Madeline has students who have been in their homes for over 50 years, and explains her definition of fads, trends, and mega trends. Also in segment 3, Kristin subs for Dina and discusses some 'Delco Downloads', and since Bill has been in the 'burbs for 2 months now he gives us his latest suburb observation aka, his 'Burb-servation'.
