I’m not here to talk of my love for the game. If that was the case, this would be a random monologue. Instead, I’ll be speaking to individuals who are vocal about how they feel about the game, and have garnered a fan-following because of the same.

My first guest doesn’t need any introduction in the cricketing world. A cricket historian, Abhishek Mukherjee is currently the chief editor of cricketnews. He recently published a book on the infamous partnership between Sachin Tendulkar and Mohammad Azharuddin at the Newlands in Cape Town. His Twitter threads on moments in cricketing history are worth a read, particularly the one he did on the Tangiwai Disaster in New Zealand that killed 151 people in 1953.
