Sign up for free here.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m going to use my podcast Podmacita, to show you how easy RSS.com makes it to create and access your transcript!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"generate a podcast transcript on rss.com from your dashboard\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/generate-a-podcast-transcript-on-rss.com-from-your-dashboard.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>So here we are in my RSS.com podcast dashboard. You\u2019ll notice in the bottom left-hand corner of any one of your episodes an icon that looks like a page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And when you hover over the icon it says transcript. So let\u2019s click it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we have two options, I\u2019m gonna choose the first option which is auto generate a transcript and then click &#8220;Continue.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"autogenerate a podcast episode trans\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/autogenerate-a-podcast-episode-transcript-1.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we have three transcript options that provide different levels of accuracy and different levels of speed, or how long it will take for RSS.com to generate our transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll always select the highest quality option, after all patience is a virtue. And then I\u2019ll click generate transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A message comes up that tells me that my transcript is being generated and that I will get an email when it\u2019s ready.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 Oh, there\u2019s my email! Let\u2019s click \u201cGo to the dashboard.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"your transcription is completed, go to your RSS.com dashboard\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/your-transcription-is-completed-go-to-your-RSS.com-dashboard.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And would you look at that, my whole episode has been transcribed!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here I can make adjustments to the script and when I\u2019m happy I can click &#8220;accept transcript&#8221; and it will be automatically be added to my episode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that we have our entire transcript, you&#8217;ll notice we also have all of these timestamps which are useful, but for our purposes, we&#8217;d like to remove them so that <a style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); background-color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/how-to-promote-your-podcast-on-social-media-and-attract-new-listeners\/\">we can use the clean text for things like social media copy<\/a>, blog posts or for email copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where ChatGPT comes in. First, I\u2019m going to select the entire transcript by pressing command C to copy everything, and next I&#8217;ll open up a new chat in ChatGPT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd16 <a href=\"https:\/\/chat.openai.com\/auth\/login\">Click here if you need a Chat GPT account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/transcribed-episode-in-RSS.com-dashboard.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are logged into ChatGPT, start a new chat and type: &#8220;remove the timestamps from the following transcript, proofread it, and also add natural line breaks.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next paste the entire transcript below your command and press enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And look at that, all of the text for my transcript has been cleaned up and has some nice natural line breaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that I have a clean, proofread transcript, I\u2019m going to copy and paste it into a Google Doc so that I can use it to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/how-to-grow-my-podcast-audience\/\">start making some amazing promotional content<\/a>. \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/remove-your-episodes-timestamps-using-chat-gpt.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-use-chatgpt-for-social-media-content\">Use ChatGPT for Social Media Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s see what else ChatGPT can do for us using this transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m going to type in &#8220;Use the above transcript to create a six part tweet series, or thread. Make the first tweet of the six an introductory tweet for the rest of the thread that is funny and compelling. Use an emoji with each tweet&#8221; and press enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/use-chat-GPT-to-create-social-media-content.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\ude84 Wahlah!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We now have an entire tweet thread that we can easily adjust or ask ChatGPT to elaborate on or rephrase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd2f Mind-blowing, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s see what else ChatGPT can do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll next type: &#8220;Use the above transcript to pull out five quotes.&#8221; And I&#8217;ll press enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And look, it generates five quotes directly from my podcast episode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But let&#8217;s not stop here. Let&#8217;s keep going.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will type: &#8220;Also use the transcript from above to create a community post for YouTube that invites people to come listen to the podcast episode?&#8221; And I&#8217;ll press enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270f\ufe0f ChatGPT <b>produces a wonderfully written and engaging community post<\/b> that I can use on YouTube along with a picture <a href=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/use-audiograms-to-promote-your-podcast\/\">or an audiogram<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of copy is invaluable and can be further repurposed into any imaginable type of written content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So what I&#8217;m going to do now is copy all of this information from this chat and paste it back into that Google Doc for future reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This way, I have this amazing written content easily accessible to share with my team or to edit on my own and tweak things here and there as I see necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is <b>an unlimited amount of creative options<\/b> we have to use this copy to create promotional materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" alt=\"use chatgpt to pull out reusable quotes from your episode transcript\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/use-chatgpt-to-pull-out-reusable-quotes-from-your-episode-transcript.png\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-use-chatgpt-and-canva-to-promote-your-podcast\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%f0%9f%92%a1use-chatgpt-and-canva-to-promote-your-podcast\"><\/span>\ud83d\udca1Use ChatGPT and Canva to Promote Your Podcast<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You didn&#8217;t think I was just going to end there did you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s copy one of the quotes from my episode,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/pricing\/\"> open up CanvaPro<\/a> and click on create a design. From here I can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/instagram-reels\/templates\/\">use Canva&#8217;s search bar to look for Instagram Reels<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Right off the bat we have these really fun templates but let\u2019s go up to this search bar and type in quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfac And immediately <b>there are a bunch of really cool video animated options<\/b> that I can use.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ll click into the name and replace it with Podmacita and let\u2019s change the colors to be the colors of my Podmacita brand. I also want my Podmacita name to be bigger, and finally I can paste that quote that we copied in place of this text holder, and resize it a little bit and there is my near instantaneous and <a href=\"https:\/\/rss.com\/blog\/podcasters-guide-to-instagram\/\">I would say fabulous Instagram reel.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also experiment with photos, videos, more text and of course CTA\u2019s or calls to action that invite the viewer to come check out your show and learn more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And just like that! In just a few minutes, you have content for days, weeks, and even months to post on social media<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-watch-on-youtube\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
