Their specific calls were for "universal background checks," a new assault weapons ban, and most worryingly a repeal of the protection of lawful commerce in arms act.

While I'm mildly optimistic that we won't see a new Assault weapons ban, you can bet your bottom dollar that we'll see attempts to expand red flag laws, universal background checks, and a ban on 80% lowers. Perhaps most concerningly are President Biden's statements about repealing the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which shields firearms industry business from frivolous lawsuits.
